COVID-19 is creating unprecedented challenges for all small and large businesses/sellers across the country and around the world. We're monitoring the situation closely and our community - our buyers and employees - remains our top priority.

Price gouging, prohibited items: What we're doing to protect our customers?

We have taken significant measures to block or quickly remove items that make false health claims or offer products at inflated prices in violation of applicable laws. As of April 2, we have removed or blocked more than 100 listings storewide.

Shipping: 

Despite the local measures being put in place to deal with COVID-19, most of our orders/transactions are occurring without impact. Our team is in contact with our shipping partners, and to date, USPS, UPS and FedEx are reporting that domestic deliveries are largely continuing as usual.

Customer Service update: How to get the help you need?

Amazing Garden customer service is open almost 24/7. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 and safety measures our Call Center is currently closed. We still respond to all inquiries via text, website Chat or our support email. Please see our CONTACT page. Despite some changes brought on by the impact of COVID-19, we have multiple of colleagues/agents available to support you.
