12. How long will it take for you to reply to my message?
We do our best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, but please allow up to 48 hours, especially on weekends or holidays. Our team works hard every day to ensure your orders and inquiries are processed timely. We appreciate your business and your patience!

13. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed. Total delivery time for our Free Shipping is between 7-10 days (+/- 1 day) to most US locations.

Expedited Delivery Options:

  • Express Delivery = 2-4 Days
  • Expedited Delivery = 4-6 Days
  • Standard Delivery = 7-10 Days

These options are available at additional cost and can be selected during checkout. Delivery time for International (Non-US) locations may take 15-25 days from the time of purchase unless specified otherwise. Occasionally, we offer Special Sales with Priority International Shipping, such as 10-14 days.

14. How does shipping work?
Amazing Garden works with global suppliers and handmade artisans to provide you with the best prices and the most unique products. This means your order is shipped mainly from different US locations but may also be shipped from worldwide locations (for overseas orders).

15. Why was my order canceled?
We reserve a legal right to cancel your order without prior notice. The most common reasons for order cancelation are: inaccurate billing or delivery address, payment processing issues, insufficient stock, fraudulent orders, etc. Our team may still try to reach out to the customer as long as accurate contact info is provided.

IMPORTANT: All orders that our system classifies as “High Risk of Fraud” will be canceled immediately without prior notice. These types of orders financially harm our business as well as credit card owners and create issues and chargebacks for our business. The orders will be canceled right away to protect the security and privacy of the credit card holders/owners as well as ours.

If you order different items, you may receive more than one package. All US orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, with a maximum transit time of 12 days unless there is a major holiday or weekend delay.
